From the outside, the villa embraces a humble posture, tucked beneath high, sloping tiled roofs and familiar, sweeping verandas. Few would guess that the building’s massing draws inspiration from the floating raft houses that bob along the water – a unique heritage of the Mekong Delta.

The calculated variations in floor elevations and roof heights create a rhythmic cadence mimicking the flow of water, while simultaneously optimizing natural air convection to keep the interiors effortlessly cool.

The home’s sense of shelter is further enhanced by a perimeter wall woven from over 10,000 hand-cut natural stones. From afar, the undulating gradients of the stone mimic poetic waves, ensuring absolute privacy and peace of mind for the homeowners.

At TK Villa de Garden, the architects rejected the constraints of compartmentalized layouts. Instead, functional zones are masterfully segregated, yet seamlessly interconnected by long, breeze-filled verandas.

Stepping across the natural stepping stones of the front courtyard, one can choose to enter the living room directly, or wander down the sun-drenched veranda toward the kitchen and the quieter, private quarters at the rear. Every pathway and ventilation slot is intertwined with lush greenery, transforming a simple walk between rooms into an energizing encounter with nature.

In contrast to its enclosed exterior, the interior opens up to an expansive, ultra-luxurious ambiance anchored in minimalist design. Massive glass door systems erase the boundary between “inside” and “outside”

Lounging on the plush sofa, the eye sweeps across the garden to find the raw, textured stone fence cleverly integrated as a backdrop behind the television, creating the illusion that the living room and the courtyard are one.

Connected via a transitional veranda is the modern kitchen – the beating heart of the home. An island crafted from imported Italian marble pairs harmoniously with the warm tones of natural wood, crafting an inspiring culinary haven for intimate family gatherings.

Following the veranda to the rear of the property leads to a realm of absolute privacy. The master suite and guest bedrooms are not partitioned by cold concrete walls, but are instead softly demarcated by natural light and green buffer zones.

The walk-in closet, finished in premium Afzelia wood, offers unobstructed views of a secluded garden. Here, the owners can indulge in an exquisite “bathing in nature” experience that is entirely serene, yet utterly private.

To balance the warm Southern Vietnamese sun and the deep, cozy tones of the dominant Afzelia wood, a cooling jade green – the homeowner’s favorite hue – was introduced as a visual anchor throughout the estate.

From solid stone pedestal tables and custom headboards to upholstered cushions, this soothing palette appears intentionally at every turn, instantly calming the mind.

The true beauty of TK Villa de Garden lies not in ostentation, but in the lived experience. Over time, as the flora matures, the villa will stand as a testament to a lifestyle of serene mindfulness – a place where architecture gracefully steps back to serve as the backdrop for family happiness.
